I have 3 future parlays. I was a bit reluctant to wager on PW after losing my shirt back in Feb but now I'm thinking he'll be well prepared for the 2nd go. PW had no sthpaw sparring for the 1st fight and I think he was way over confident the 1st time around.

1st parlay +235
-Alexeev under-W
-Bidenko-W
-Forrest
-Paul Williams

2nd parlay -110
-Forrest
-Williams

3rd parlay +145
-Forrest
-Williams
-Pac

Best of luck on those, only thing that caught my attention was that if just one fighter, either Williams or Forrest loses, all 3 parlays lose. Can't argue with your track record though. Looks like a nice fight weekend coming up. The Williams Q match is intriguing, it will be interesting to see how Mora does dropping down to 154. Lopez and PonceDL look like a tough call and poor Lockett.

I didn't put a bundle on any of them. I was looking at the value. Forrest should win and I'd be shocked if Pac didn't. So this comes down to PW IMO. Instead of putting a bundle on him, I wrapped it up in 2 other parlays to get some pretty decnt value on it. If PW or Forrest lose then it's a total bust but nothing thats going to hurt too much.

I think those parlay's are in the bag Brother.

I think you are correct about Williams being overconfident.

I believe that was the best Quintana against the worst Williams. I think Williams can improve on his performance but Quintana can't.

Good luck.

Hmm, I think Williams may be your parlay-buster.

I usually don't like betting on the loser of the first fight in rematches (unless the circumstances are extenuating- not the case here IMO). Plus I definately love taking the winner of the first fight at + odds. Not only did Williams lose the first fight but he lost pretty handily. People tend to forget Quintana was undefeated until his loss to Cotto and was a rising star of that division.

Quintana's got a few things going for him. He's a southpaw, he's won the first fight pretty convincingly, he's stunned Williams quite a few times in the first bout so Williams cant just walk in without reprocussions. Plus Williams isnt a huge puncher so the proverbial "punchers chance" isn't that big of a scenario here.

I like Q by Decision again

I thought the 1st go was somewhat close. Quintana won in my book but several had PW winning. His training has taken place in seclusion with no press allowed. He was very relaxed for the 1st go and way over confident. He'll have a much more serious game this time around IMO. Quintana is a good fighter but nothing special by any stretch. He's a good cagey and crafty counterpuncher with about avg pop. Cotto got him to quit after just 1 rd of punishment. Speculation on my part but I think a well prepared Williams wins this one. My parlay essentially amounts to a bet on Williams with better odds. I'm not assuming the other guys are going to win but i'm pretty confident they will.

I like the Q, too. He boxed well and was never in trouble. Styles make fights. PW beat Margo but he's not a heavy puncher. And he struggles a great deal to make weight. the Q has a strength coach, nutritionist and is a grounded guy. yeah, he got run by Cotto but that's in the past and PW is NOT Cotto.

I think Mora gives a better fight than most people expect once he settles in and gets some confidence. He had to be extremely let down when his fight that he trained his ass of for with Ouma got cancelled late, thus the poor showing against Ayala and Ouma's subsequent performance was awful also. Ayala ended up giving a decent showing against AA before getting stopped late. Forrest has looked sharp but it's hard to compare Baldomir , Piccirilo and Quartey to Mora. All including Forrest are on the other side of 30 to Mora's peak 27 years of age. I'll likely grab a little Mora by deciision.

As posted in the Forrest-Mora thread, I expect this to be a competitive fight, a small play on Mora at +450 is worth a shot...just a value play against a 37 year old fighter who's past his prime and has a history of serious shoulder injuries. At 6'0" Mora is the tallest opponent Forrest has seen in awhile, a very old Quartey (who is only 5'7") gave Forrest all he could handle, most thought Ike deserved to win that fight and I agree. Mora coming down in weight as the much younger, fresher fighter...I'll take a small shot at +450, wouldn't play the decision prop as there's not much difference in price and Forrest's shoulder could go at any time

I agree with both Box and Punch about Mora.

In my own opinion, I think Mora, if anybody, is most likely to screw your parlay.
I still think Forrest wins as Mora has looked like shit and has been getting hit recently.

Good luck.
