Arsenal have been playing pretty well this pre-season winning the emirates cup (vs Wolfsburg) and beating down the French side Lyon plus a win over Everton All their pre-season Games were played in Europe as opposed to Chelsea who spent their pre-season State-Side where they lost to New York Red Bulls(7/22 in New jersey) and tied PSG(7/25 in Charlotte) and Barcelona(7/28 in D.C.)Thats a lot of travel for Chelsea compared to Arsenal. Arsenal's First EPL Game is on Sunday Aug 9 while Chelsea Plays their EPL opener on Saturday Aug 8. I just see both teams sitting back and not over exerting themselves for what amounts to Charity Game with Season opener next weekend.
