Everyone I know has a bookie or offshore book and talks openly about gambling...I was curious what the real deal is.
It sounds likethe real issue is the person receiving cash claiming it on tax returns? I have heard some people say that making wagers over the phone may be a violation of some sort of law?
I don't know the law on using phones to place wagers.. but I know it is illegal.
