Game 1
Spurs -3.5 game (-120)
$840 to win $700

Getting this one in now

This team is playing amazing at home right now, and I fully expect them to make it their mission to set the tone for the series in game one. Aside from the Spurs being the "favorite", Miami is the public darling with how they've performed in the past. Everyone expects the Spurs to win 2-3, but blow it in the end. Not this year.

Brad just trying to help. I am undecided on game 1. But I will tell you this Miami is NOT the public darling this year. Perception has shifted immensely towards SA. A -50 cent move on the series bet from Miami -125 to SA -125 in a day is proof. If not Miami would have been -150 or more after the open. The forums are loaded with SA picks and hatred for Miami. T, I do agree that SO FAR there are more bettors giving SA the nod- but let's face it, the average sports fan thinks Miami is gonna win. It's even hard for me to fully convince myself otherwise! Hahaha Lebron is amazing, and they have a lot of players stepping up in key situations, but Pop has made some amazing adjustments that has legitimately vaulted their playoff run. He's gotten another chance with plenty of time to prepare, so if Leonard and Diaw can continue to perform at such a high level, I believe they'll win this series. I hate that Parker isn't 100%, but they are really heating up around the perimeter, and they're rebounding is always solid. I'm always suspicious about seeing the Heat in a dog role (even to the Spurs), especially after what happened last year. I really think the action will even out over the next two days, as most Heat bettors are prolly waiting on the highest possible number to slam for the series. I still can't believe that the Heat didn't open as a small fav?? That in itself, was huge to me. Everyone I know is chomping at the bit to put money down on the Heat ++ whatever. There are so many good things to say about the Heat, so we could go back and forth all day long, but I'm sticking with the Spurs in game 1. This first game is my big play, and I haven't made a series bet. If the Spurs lose game 1, I will wait a game or two to do anything else. You've been on fire with your Heat selections, and I hate to go against you, but I think they definitively win game one. GL with whatever you play bud:00hour

Adding:

Spurs -4 (-120) Local
$360 to win $300

These combined plays makes my biggest bet of the season so far; I've waited to see if this line would drop, but I'm gonna put this in now before it goes any higher. This game will define the series, and I just don't see SA winning the series if they go down tonight. Don't want to make a series bet, just want to lay it out on game 1. Go Spurs!
