It's been a very good and profitable finals and even playoffs for me. Haven't kept track of playoff record but i know my finals record is 9-3. Never really posted my own thread so i thought I'd share my thoughts
Looking at the Spurs to close out the series on Tuesday with a big win. Timmy will not be as bad at the free throw line as he was in game 5. Ginobili and parker will also step up his game. Big Shot Bob? well I dunno if he has another big game in the tank, but it really don't matter cuz he's only a role player and someone else will step it up (Brent Barrry, even Udrih can make some timely 3's) On the other side, there's not much more that detroit can do. Billups did all he could as he scored 34 points and only had 1 turnover. Thats the only mismatch detroit has over the spurs. Also with all the venting of fans bashing Rasheed and Rip, why would they want to come back home with a championship that don't get support from their fans. Ever since Rasheed came to detroit they have been a force to reckon with, thus leading them to the championship. Now detroit fans are bashing the key component to their success last year? And now they are bashing Rip for not passing the ball to Prince? With Detroit's team in turmoil I'm betting big on the Spurs, who took the momentum away from the Pistons and esp since detroit has not wona game there in 8 years!!
Spurs -5.5
small wager on Over 172.5 as the total has always been close, but I hit 4-1 of them. Another trend this series: if the total is over/under in the half, it will go the opposite the second half.
