I will keep this as brief as possible.
Kansas and Syracuse will go UNDER the posted total of 158.5 points.
Why ?
Kansas scores on avearsge 82.6 points per game and allows 67.6 points. Syracuse scores 79.4 points and surrenders 70.9 points. That gives Kansas an approx 6 point advantage.
What will keep this game from going over is the percentage of field goals allowed by each team, Kansas @ 38.2% and Syracuse @ 40.1%. Although both sides score points on offense this will be far from a gun ho style of ball tonight.
Syracuse play a physical game and a solid zone defense. Kansas have yet to perfrom well this year against the 2 - 3 zone and will have to rely on shooting from the perimeter. Syracuse concede only 28% from beyond the arc. THAT IS SOLID.
Syracuse may have the younger team and less experience but watching Anthony you wouldn't thiunk it. Syracuse's bench has more depth and it is Kansas who will struggle if they get into foul trouble.
This game should go under by 10 or more points. It's my game of thye year in the NCAAB this year.
