I signed up in early September and have yet to receive mine, but I requested a payout and was paid via neteller within hours and that was awesome. 
I'm still waiting for my signup perks........but like the post above I recieved my cash out within hours as well. I'm very impressed.
i used the FED EX payout and got a free t-shirt and they included a 3day-2nite vacation trip, it took them a month to send, but worth it.
