Week Six: Buffalo @ Houston
Nobody wants to be the first to lose to an expansion team, but if anyone has a shot of wearing that tag it's the Bills in Week Six. There is no dispute to the fact that the Bills have upgraded their team with the acquisition of Bledsoe. (Read Mojo's thread on the Bills, nicely done.) However they will struggle on the defensive side of the ball as they have obvious holes.
In week six Carr should be more than comfortable in the system and he has the potential at any time to put points on the board against a mid-tier defense. Although in one game the defense for Houston looked pathetic, don't expect for this to last very long as Dom Capers will not have it as he is a defensive minded coach. He also has implemented the three-man front, which will allow him to send some different looks and blitzes at Bledsoe something I have noticed he does not handle well. This also should take away the deep threat Bledsoe will have in Moulds and they will have to shorten the game, which should keep it close in the end.
Finally the schedule makers have given the edge to Houston in this one as they will have a bye week to prepare for a home game, while the Bills will have to come from the east coast after a tough game with the Raiders and should be caught looking ahead to their division rivals in the Dolphins.
PLAY Houston plus the points.
