#619 california that cal

marshall-2.5 4*
the heard needs to win every game from here on to try to save job of their coach and it still might not be enough to save him,i for one would love to see him get the ax,this is a top 20 team that has great hight and two shooters that can lite it up from outside but has not played the way they should the last 2 years.

now the last few games they have showen some life and are 8-3 at home at 2.5 almost just asking them to win. i give the edge to the heard because of size and better deff, and the home court

good luck

Fletcher, do not post much but have been reading and following plays for a year. Have not seen a double play before and would like to make a large play with this game. Can you give reasoning behind this play? Need a big play after an o-fer the other night, thx and biggest of luck with these plays!

DC,I don't want to sound like a prick but with Fletch's rep. if he is on this one for 10* the first I've seen from him in 2+ years here I would play the game, but remember one thing bet what you can afford to lose because as we all know nothing is guaranteed and Good Luck to both of you.:)

TB, no apology necessary. I hope I did not sound like I was questioning the pick, it is just I have not seen Fletch make this strong a pick and was just wondering the logic and analysis on the game. I usually play all of his 5 star picks and was looking for feedback to make a strong play with this 10 star play that I had never seen him make. Never in doubt of questioning the mans rep, it is a given of the highest standards in here. thx

wash has 1 player and a very good one at that in wrenn, you can let him score his 30 and grab some boards but they have no-one else to step up to help.

cal is just to strong inside they go 8 deep, they bang the glass and block shots, also are good for 3-4 scoring spurts a game.

sampson and company will just wear down the huskies. wrenn cannot beat a whole team look at the stanford game the other night he got 33 i think and 11 boards and they still got smoked.

cal can and will play a line up of 4 guys that are 6'10 or taller they did this against wash.st, then they will switch up to the road runners and shot and shot, not the greastest shooting team but get lots of 2nd chance points and really get you in foul trouble in the paint.

it might be tight in the first half but size and strength should take a toll in the 2nd and i think cal will get double the foul shots that the huskies get due to inside play,if wrenn gets in trouble huskies will be sunk quick.

nothing is a lock and this is how i played it,talked to some good sources and we agree on the play, but others should play it how they can afford to not how i can.

good luck

not to put words in fletcher's mouth

not to put words in fletcher's mouth

but I'll give some solid reasons for Cal:

Cal battling for an NCAA berth, Washington's season is in the toilet

Recent series domination: Cal has won by double digits the last 4 (2 each at Cal and at Wash)

Recent form: Wash on a 5-game losing streak and would be 2-6 ATS against this number the last 8, Cal on a 4-game winning streak and 3-game streak ATS

Coaching: Bender at Wash seems to have lost his team here, while Braun is a respected mind whose team seems on board with him

Good luck!

if you're on wsu , they find a way for you to lose . a month ago , cal led these these guys by 19 at the half , en route to a 33 point win . wsu has lost 13 of 14 some of them downright ugly
this should be a 20* game of life;)
