Garder Webb coming out very aggressive. Don't think they can keep this speed/intensity up. They're going to start missing 3's and they won't be able to finish inside against Kentucky. Gardner will have big time trouble scoring in the half court...to score they need to run.

Gardner beginning to struggle in the half court though. All their points are on fast break pull ups from the outside...it will stop soon.

Gardner is already beginning to tire. Not running the court offensively nearly as much. settleng for half court sets will get Kentucky back in the game quickly

Gardner Webb is not running on Kentucky makes which means Kentucky, eventually, will go on a long scoring run...20-3, somthing like that. GW really struggling in the half court. They've gotten 1 3 in the half court..the rest have been contested shots or turnovers. They can't get to the basket in the half court.

GW went matchup zone for one possession but have now gone back to man. Against the zone Kentucky got a wide open 3 but missed. The possession was afte a timeout...probably going to change it up all game after breaks.

Going to look at the half time team total for GW. Hoping it is 35 or 36. If so...I'm going to hit the under. These guys are scoring all their points in transition. it's pretty crazy to see.

Kentucky transition defense is terrible. Offensively they are getting to the basket...just not finishing. They're not supposed to be good offensively (not this bad though) but they shouldn't be giving up open shots. They should be getting pts off turnovers...that's what they count on...right now they are getting no transition pts.

I think Jasper being out is hurting Ky since he seemed to do pretty well at the point last year.

I'm really hoping Gardner Webb keeps this close for the rest of the 1st half..but not to high scoring. I'm going to pound the GW under team total in the second half if it is 36 or higher.

Can't find a team total for GW second half...but I took the 2nd half under of 71.5. This stays under that number in the second half. GW will have trouble scoring in the second half. Kentucky will score somewhere around 40 and GW will score around 25 or 26...hopefully less.

Crazy game in Kentucky. I don't think Kentucky is that good, but I thought their defense was better than this. Happy for GW, just wished they would have stayed under. Really thought they'd have trouble scoring, but would take care of the ball limiting Kentucky's fast break pts. Scoring so much limited Kentuckys fast break pts but that doesn't help it stay under! Shows what I know. :shrug:

Anyway...0-3 in that game.

3-4 on the season.
