you must be careful when you play with stats:
1. in detroit's losses. you are assuming they will lose.
2. what about in gb's wins? how have they covered against the spread?
3. head to head, both at home and away. how do they fare? this is more meaningful. last time gb beat detroit soundly at home, but then there were reasons, as mentioned in other threads. what about before that?
i seem to remember not too long ago, gb could not buy a ats win for nothing, and together with their losses, they became everyone's favorite go against team. what has changed, except for their little meaningless "rush" late last year, which included the detroit game and produced some ats and actual wins?
the new, improved gb? hardly.
the old rivarly stands, the race for the playoffs in on, and it will be an eye for an eye; who has the last word, we shall find out.
