If the Ravens continue to live under the deluison that Elvis Grbac will lead them to a 2nd straight championship, they are in for a rude awakening. Yesterdays debacle is a prime example, the Ravens won the stat sheet out rushing and out pasing the Browns. The Ravens were 6/15 on 3rd downs the Brwons were 0/10!! (The Browns did complete one fourth down) However once again, same as the Cincy game, Grbac's blunders cost them the game (2 bad ints, and an even worse fumble)

With the style of ball the Ravens play added with the key players the have lost on offense (Lewis and Johnson) you simply need an offense/qb that can control the clock, NOT MAKE STUPID TURNOVERS, and let the D take care of business.

The Ravens held the ball for 34:03 vs the Browns 25:57. However because of turnovers the Browns were able to produce 10 pts in 2:07. Granite, the Ravens D did not have its best game yesterday, but how frustrating must it be for the D to put in situations where your are dealing with a short field (best you can do is hold to a fg) or having just held and then the o turns it over, and you are asked to hold again.

Bottom line Grbac is flat out killing them.
Understand that I am not attacking Gbrac's ability to play qb, he has proven that he can be a NFL starter. But he just looks so uncomfortable and out of sync in the Ravens offense. If they continue to let him start they may struggle to make the playoffs!!
