Hey, I had problems with GCS not paying too, but I was stupid, and just keep gambling my money til it was gone there, so I didn't have to withdraw. But I have a friend, that did try and withdraw back at the end of February or beginning of March, and still no payment, and he calls them 2-3 times per week, and they are not doing anything.

I sent you an email Jack about the situaltion more in detail, with his account #. Hope you can get something done. Thanks a lot, he will appriciate it.

you: Hi this is rj45309, can you tell me if my withdrawal has been processed? The initial request was on March 13th, and I talked to David Rockwell on April 24th and he said he would have it to me within 5 business days. I still have not received it. The amount should be $243.
you: Hello???

Go ahead and send your money in, if you plan on just losing......

No offense Jack, but if you should really think about taking these guys off your advertising list. I mean I can't even get a lousy $243, and people are suppose to send them money........

Just to give a full report, I will say that I did receive 1,050 (about a month after my request) during this debacle so far out of my 1300 but c'mon. You would think that just to get me off their back they would send the measley $243.

I hope I don't sound like I am dying for the money, but if I didn't give this warning and someone got screwed out of a large sum I would feel bad that I didn't say anything.

flipper, goto this site and report your non-payment in the mess hall. They seem to get everyone paid, I believe GCS is good friends with that site. [link is not allowed]
I apologize if the link is not allowed.

email Jack and he will help if you are having a problem

Not everyone that has posted at the other site has been paid. I?ve been patiently waiting for a 4-digit payment for a month now and I?m sure there are many others that have been waiting longer. It?s a shame that someone has to bitch about a book to get paid. Lesson learned? Research and research some more before posting up with an offshore book. Unfortunately for me, I?ve learned this lesson the hard way.

Jack, I called today for my tracking number and they told me to call Rockwell or Powers tomorrow. I?ll keep on trying but this is bs.

GCS used to be one of my favorites. I had money in them straight through for well over a year but I had to get my money out.

Problems started in April. I use paypal and payouts had always been as fast as anyone along with Wagerstreet. Almost always the same day. When it didn't come after a day or two I called and they said paypal was low but they would pay me as soon as money comes in via paypal.

It took a few phone calls but eventually I got some money via paypal, but not all. During the course of this I asked for a check instead of paypal, they OKed the check but it never came. When I called asking for a tracking number, they said the check hadn't been sent so I said forget it, just credit my account back the money and I will wait for paypal.

Finally, in early May I stopped playing with them and got them to pay me out about $1500 that I had in there via paypal. I had a futures bet pending and when that won it took a 2 day wait and a phone call to get out the ~$1000 that was in there from the futures bet.

David Rockwell was the guy I talked to as well and he was always very courteous on the phone. Seemed like his hands were kind of tied by whatever they are going through, though.

I would love to re-up with Grand Central because I like the number of betting options and their formerly fast payout policy but for now I am waiting and I would suggest anyone else do the same until their merger is finalized and their payouts get back on track. Hopefully you guys will get your money and hopefully they will get their act together because they used to be one of my favorite books.

Carib

Why would anyone use a questionable out like GCS when there's one called Caribsports who have been in the business for years and pay more quickly than any other book I've seen. The only downfall to Carib is that their baseball lines are 20 cents. Using PrePaidATM, I can have hard cash in my hot little hand 20 minutes after requesting a withdrawal.

Just got the below e-mail from GC Sports regarding its operating partnership with Jazz.

Grand Central Sportsbook and Casino is proud to announce that it has entered into an exclusive operating partnership with a leader in the offshore world, JAZZ CASINO and SPORTSBOOK.

The formation of this entity marks the continued growth of both the GCS and JAZZ brands. GCS will operate as a separate subsidiary under Jazz?s parent corporation. This new operating partnership will provide JAZZ with an increased customer base of over 40,000 clients and the marketing expertise to become one of the premiere gaming sites on the Internet.

GCSports, being mainly an Internet book, is a perfect compliment to Jazz's telephone and land-based Casino operations. Jazz currently owns four land-based casinos in Costa Rica and both the Looselines and ABC Islands Internet sportsbook brands.

Jazz International will be responsible for all risk-management, casino and sportsbook integration as well as the financial management of the newly formed company. GCS responsibilities will be Marketing the existing and newly created casino and sportsbook products.

If you have any questions regarding your Grand Central Sports and Casino account please contact a V.I.P. host at 1-800-213-3370

GCS Maintenance downtime

GCS Maintenance downtime

Jack I Just noticed the information on GCS. Haven't tried to withdraw but was concerned when I noticed their website was down due to maitenance. Then, I see this thread and get a little more concerned. I haven't spoke with GCS recently about withdrawing money but I would like to get your opionion on if I should change sportsbooks or not. I haven't had any trouble in the past withdrawing money and would like to stay with them if at all possible without jeopardizing the bankroll I have with them currently. Any advice on this issue would be appreciated.

Wow,

Got a suprising call at my office today that my money has been sent via Western Union. Although I have been raping on them, to call out of the blue like that and let me know the information shows that they are heading in the right direction. There might be some hope yet for them.
