I tried getting in but couldn't seem to click the right places. Honestly, I'm glad I couldn't. Don't anybody tell me. I can't understand how a family can't block autopsy photos from being shown anyway.

I was reading a news article on CNN and they mentioned some asshole had put up pictures of Bobby Orr & Neil Bonnet's wrecks. I was under the impression that they were just posting pics of the cars! I never dreamed they would put up pics of the actual people involved in the accident. I think this somehow coorelates to Earnhardt's accident. I still can't believe this guy had the nads to put those pictures up. Guy's name is Michael Uribe and I emailed him about how sick I thought the sick bastard was!!!!!!!!

I have to agree with you guys. Leave this chit alone. I like Nascar a lot. And I sure as hell miss him. He was taught by the good old boys. He was fun to watch. And he gave help to so many.

Maybe its my way of dealing with death but that chit didn't faze me. Maybe if I'd have seen Earnhart or someone that I knew it would be different but they just look like pieces of meat to me. I have more to say but I might offend someone. Sorry I'm so callas.

I am a part time medical examiner here (rural doctor the other part), and obviously can stand to look at this stuff from a practical point of view, in pictures and in real life, but that is not at issue here.

The big issue is WHY IS THIS ALLOWED. This must be immensely distressing to the families, and just rub salt into their grieving wounds. Making autopsy photos available in the public domain serves no useful purpose. The only outcome I can predict is a desensitizing effect on the population (kids), and extreme trauma to a family.
