I haven't been betting as much lately due to all this BS, but for awhile I was using an ISP out of Vancouver, BC. I would have to dial long distance but then your IP would come up from Canada. It was like $10 a month and then long distance charges which are pretty cheap these days. I would just undo my DSL modem and dial up when I was ready to make a bet.

--also considering just giving someone my account info and let them wager for me--I hate to be a burden but all 99% of wagers would be pre tourney outrights as I skip the ties lose matches and 3balls for most part.

on added note I saw on 5dimes top five that they are paying full odds for ties for 5th.
