What the hell is the GM for them thinking right now...that cheap bastard!! They are in a divisional race and he hasn't made any moves for a closer. What they are trying to do with the community thing is a JOKE!! Up 6-3 bott/9th...Pads have got 5 straight men on and have scored....6-4 now, 0 outs, bases loaded. There has got to be someone out there! This GM is an idiot in my opinion or whoever is in charge over there........

I actually didn't even have any money on this game, but I do like the G-men. Just couldn't believe what was going on in the ninth...they still do need to get a legit closer...Herges too inconsistant.

I can't agree with you more.
If the Giants want to keep alive in the NL west playoff race, the first thing is to get a consistant closer ASAP.....
There are too many nail-biter games like tonight's game. Even if 3 runs lead in the bottom of the 9th.

BULLPENS are bad news now a days..They have just taken a lot of profits away from me this year..Teams are losing in the last 2 innings now more then ever. OR IT JUST SEEMS THAT WAY TO ME.

That's why I am reluctant to bet UNDERS to. I had The Giants tonite..But look at what The Blue Jay relievers did Lightenburg and Speir. Lightenburgh loads the bases , can't get anyone out and Speir comes in and put The Cherry on top.

I am going to be careful with The Giants too.

AND THE METS have just about The most horrific bullpen in baseball..BEWARE.

YANKEE BULLPEN has been pitched into the ground too..Whoooo

Pujo hit the nail on the head...who can the Giants go get??? There are literally less than a handful of closers out there that are even semi-relaible...the bullpens across the board are horrific...

Heard Jose Mesa from Pittsburgh as well.....As for being a reliable closer, well we could definitely argue that fact, but I think he's something like 26 for 30 this year??
