Not quite sure where your information came from. Gibraltar still offers -107 juice all day on Fridays, one free payout per month, Neteller or Cashier's Check for $500 or more and if you send any transfer of $300 or more we ALWAYS reimburse the transfer fees, I don't like making assumptions but more than likely the clerk told you that, you will have to pay the fees to the office from where you are making the transfer and we add it to your account or maybe you were sending less than $300. We keep adding different things for the client; this year make 10 wagers on one ticket and receive a free wager for the average of the ticket. There is a 25% CASH bonus for signing up or one time re-activation bonus for existing accounts awaiting all Madjack members on deposits of $300 or more. The facts are that on September 02, 2005 at 9:14pm EST you opened an account with a $2100 Neteller deposit. At 9:15pm you account was closed by management and a message entered in your account for you to contact us. You called at approximately 9:22pm and was transferred to a manager who told you the because of the fact that you were a known professional player that only played steam, we did not want your action and that your funds would be returned to your Neteller account the following day. Your only comment was if we were sure we would send your funds back to which we agreed, you said ok and hang up. At no time did you request your account to be closed for miscommunication nor did you request your funds from us. September 03, 2005 at 1:30pm EST, $2100 was deposited by us to your Neteller account. Bash us for refusing your business and not for having bad customer service as a way of getting back at us especially after you got paid out over $30,000 from our sister book.

typical practice at a lot of books. if they took all steamers, they would only have late one sided action and this book does not want that.
