Don't know if it has already been discussed but it appears Uncle may be putting the squezze on gift (Visa/etc) cards as a way of posting up. Didn't hear it all that good but had a message left on my voicemail saying that due to new Fed Regs I would no longer be able to do this? Didn't know if it was from Visa or SB but assumed Visa. I guess there will be other ways around this...:shrug:

I understand Netspend users have been getting voicemails informing them of such a thing. I personally haven't received the voicemail yet.
