I doub't he'll hear the chants tonight in Carolina. How did the Mauler get himself on line 1 for les Habs.
Gino and Killer on a line together against Francis and ONiel. Hmmmm, tough to cap that one.

Kevin Weekes isn't the real deal in my mind. He's a big dissappointment just waiting to happen.

Carolina is better than many cappers are giving them credit.

Only plays I can come up with are:

Most shots on goal: CAR -2.5 (-125)
Team goals total: MON over 2.0(-130)
1st period ml: MON (+100)

well I went 1-1-1 on this one.

I liked CAR here but just couldn't pull the trigger on a suspect Weekes.
I watched him when he was the "goaltender of the future" here in Vancouver. This kid was inconsistent. He would be brilliant for a game or a period then he'd stink the joint out.
I heard he was really quiet and focused in the room. Met him at the rink, he certainly spent time on his craft.

I guess he's getting a little better defense in front of him right now, better than VAN gave him back then.

Didn't catch too much of the game. I try to minimize my exposure to Habs. Looks like CAR played exactly the way they needed to last night. I'm looking for the ladder up on the bandwagon

You know the nice thing about the Habs beating BOS is that they are once again winners. This means I can finally go back to hating them without feeling guilty!

All is right in my hockey world once again.
