93 degrees and 45% humidity there in Atlanta. Not the best for a blister.
AT newspaper sez the blister is still a concern and they are watching it:

Pitching plans
Cox's tentative plan is to have All-Star Tom Glavine start Thursday at Montreal in the first game after the break, followed by Greg Maddux.
He didn't announce plans beyond that and said Glavine's start could get pushed back if the left-hander is still having trouble with a blister on his index finger in tonight's start against the Cubs.

Glavine will attend All-Star Game
Braves pitcher is 11-3 with a 1.99 ERA -- and a blister
By Mark Bowman / MLB.com
ATLANTA -- Tom Glavine will attend next Tuesday's All-Star Game in Milwaukee even if he can't pitch.
Glavine, who has been hampered by a blister on his left index finger, had said Wednesday he wouldn't take a roster spot if he didn't think he could make an appearance in the game. But after a later conversation with his wife, he changed his mind.
"We talked about it and thought it would be best to go and enjoy it," Glavine said.
Glavine, who is 11-3 and leads the Majors with a 1.99 ERA, has made two starts since the blister developed June 21. He was forced to exit Monday's game because of the ailment after giving up four runs in three innings.
There was some doubt whether Glavine would pitch again before the All-Star break. But after throwing a side session Wednesday and playing catch Thursday, the Braves southpaw determined he will make his scheduled start Saturday.
After Saturday's game, Glavine will determine whether he will be available to pitch in Tuesday's game. This is the eighth time he has been selected to play in the All-Star Game and he has made appearances in five of those contests.
"We'll just have to see how it feels after
Saturday," Glavine said. "We won't know anything until then."
Braves manager Bobby Cox says he has allowed Glavine to make his own decision regarding next week's game in Milwaukee.
"It's not my choice," Cox said. "I'd rather he not pitch (on Tuesday). I want him to go. It's a big deal to me. I think it's a great experience. All-Star Games are a lot of fun."
More than anything, Cox and Glavine want to ensure the blister is gone as soon as the second half of the season begins. It's an ailment that both realize should disappear with rest.
"If I can't pitch Saturday, there is no reason to think I will pitch in the All-Star Game," Glavine said. "I don't see any reason to go out there and further aggravate it or slow down the healing process."
