I don't like the race. It looks like a cold exacta, but what'll it pay? About 7 bucks'd be my guess and I ain't gunna try to get two horses home for a measly 7 bucks. Instead, I might just put $6 across on Heritage of Gold and wait for the next race.
JUVENILE FILLIES
I hate the post position, but it seems like I got horses runnin' on the wood all day. Anyway, I can't tell who else'll be fightin' it out with this babe, so I'll probably put like $10 across the board on Cindy's Hero, slam a little single-malt scotch and move on.
MILE
I musta changed my mind a hundred times in this one. It seems like almost any of 'em could win. The cool thing about that, acourse, is there oughtta be some pretty big numbers on the tote board when it's all over. Let's see, gimme a $10 exacta box using Ladies Din, Indian Lodge & King Cugat.
