If he's convicted, lets just pray he gets the death penalty. I would argue that what he has done deserves torture, but I realize a number of people in this country won't go for that, although I would bet a fairly large percentage would agree that serial killers should be tortured. I'm sure I'll hear from the bleeding hearts on that one. Sorry, you ain't changing my mind.

Chances are slim of him getting the chair because they will want him to testify as to where he might have been/seen in Al Qeada which apparently he has made statements on.

Fvcking kidding me. Same with Robert Hanseen, that guy should have been hung on the Capitol steps in a big public event, on TV even. Instead he spends his life in jail.

And my feeling is no, to those of you who say well life in prison is worth than death. For some people we make exceptions.

Jack if these are the guys. If that person that called in the report was right. Hell for him to be on the ball. Know what was going on and calling. Give him the money. It's worth it for everyone to get back to normal and all the killing stops.

Guys, if these scumbags are convicted, watch for the vigilantes to start on the Arab community like they did after 9/11. I know this Mohamd dude served in the US Military, but mark my words.

I was hoping it was some sick lilly white dude.

JMO

Thanks

People like this are why I am against the death penalty. They should just stuff the fuhker into a three foot by three foot steel box and set him out in the middle of the prison yard. Give him table scraps, no urinal and sandpaper to wipe his ass, no protection from the elements and let him spend the next twenty years trying to figure out how to commit suicide.

We need to get a retainer for Eddie Haskell to be this guy's lawyer so we know for a fact he's fuhked.

as a proponent of justice, i believe that he should be strung up on a shooting range and we let the families take their shots.....start with the arms and legs and work their way medially....televise the whole thing for all to see what happens to you when you fck with America

I believe skulldog was implying that the suspect could possibly be part of a terroristic act. I certainly hoped that it was some deranged hick instead of another Al Qaeda wannabe fuhkin with our country. What does that have to do with not sympathizing for the victims families?

Every former FBI profiler said it was a white male. Does that mean they too are Arab lovers?

I wouldn't be so fast to kill these dopes. I read yesterday they are trying to tie McVie in with Al-Quida. If he was alive maybe we could learn something. I just hate to waste them if we can learn something from them.

I have a ? for you guys in USA. In your country some state have the death penalty some no right? I don't know if the states where these bastards did their murders have the death penalty but my question is regarding the young kid of 17 years old. In Canada, you are an adult at 18 year's old. However, a teenager who committed a big crime (example murder) can be judge in an adult tribunal and get the penalty an adult would have regardless of his age. It happens but it is rare. How about you??? You have majority at 21 in USA and the kid is just 17. Can you judge him like an adult or he is too young ? I'm curious to hear your answers because i know that little son of a bitch would have been accused like an adult down here...

1837, a person is an adult as far as legal matters go at 18. However, there have been many instances of juveniles being tried as adults over the years.

They committed some shootings in Virginia, and Virginia has the death penalty. Therefore, they can be tried in a Virginia court and recieve the death penalty. I guess they will try them where they have the strongest case or possible where there is more political clout. They'll probably argue over who gets to try them since this is so high profile.

Skull dog.....you're the one that said you hoped the sniper was lilly white.I was saying....what does it matter what color he is.What kind of person hopes a multiple killer is a certain color. And Im glad we started looking into the Arab-Islamic communities cause we have found many Al-Queda suspects that could have killed more innocent Americans no matter what color they are.Sorry you took my comments wrong but I just dont understand what someones race had to do with all this.Im just glad that caught these scumbag killers.I appreciate your nice words for me Skulldog.Your a class act:D

Who would you pray to? I hope you're not Catholic, because if you are then your God doesn't support it, at least not according to the Pope. But what's he, except infallible?

And geez, I don't know if you have to be a "bleeding heart" to disapprove of torture.

I wouldn't expect to change your mind and don't answer if you don't care to, but just out of curiosity, why would you want to torture him? To get information? Just to punish him? As a deterrent to others? Just to be vengeful?

Well this story is just becoming a mess now with more info quickly coming in. It seems the 17 year old was connected to a murder in Alabama on Sep 21. Also, the legal proceedings will be a mess. Who will prosecute this case? Federal? State? Local?
It will be months before justice is served. It looks like he is the sniper as they found the .223 gun in his car and they found a hole in the back trunk of the car where he would fire his shots from. And they said a white van? What a mess, and it will take time before this is all sorted out.

Just glad to see he is in custody and hopefully he is the sniper.

Kudos to the 2 citizens who notified authorities upon seeing the car.

torture him......i am not sure of my stance on this....used to think it was cruel and unusual to do so and unconstitutional.....it probably is unconstitutional but may not be -- torture was used back then to traitors to get info..may not have been deemed unusual and "less cruel" than outcomes due to not receiving information which could be obtained through it......

justice should be enforced first and foremost.....justice is both a deterrant and also society's way of yes -- revenge....

how we get justice here certainly involves the death penalty.....these people have forfeited their right to live after taking another's life.....it is a somber thing to have to enforce, but it is just......these people deserve to die a horrific death for the pain inflicted upon victims and families in the past few months

Shrimp--

You are right; I'm not Catholic. Why would a support a religion which is based on hypocrisy and basically justifies pedophilia?

To answer your last question, I don't want information out of him; vengeance would suffice.
