If he's convicted, lets just pray he gets the death penalty. I would argue that what he has done deserves torture, but I realize a number of people in this country won't go for that, although I would bet a fairly large percentage would agree that serial killers should be tortured. I'm sure I'll hear from the bleeding hearts on that one. Sorry, you ain't changing my mind.

People like this are why I am against the death penalty. They should just stuff the fuhker into a three foot by three foot steel box and set him out in the middle of the prison yard. I don't know if the states where these bastards did their murders have the death penalty but my question is regarding the young kid of 17 years old. In Canada, you are an adult at 18 year's old. However, a teenager who committed a big crime (example murder) can be judge in an adult tribunal and get the penalty an adult would have regardless of his age. It happens but it is rare. How about you??? You have majority at 21 in USA and the kid is just 17. Can you judge him like an adult or he is too young ? Well this story is just becoming a mess now with more info quickly coming in. It seems the 17 year old was connected to a murder in Alabama on Sep 21. Also, the legal proceedings will be a mess. Who will prosecute this case? Federal? State? Local?
It will be months before justice is served. It looks like he is the sniper as they found the .223 gun in his car and they found a hole in the back trunk of the car where he would fire his shots from. And they said a white van? What a mess, and it will take time before this is all sorted out.
Just glad to see he is in custody and hopefully he is the sniper.
