Going on vacation - maybe I should take a cruise

Guys,

This forum (I am speaking of all MJ forums) has been a wonderful place to hang out and communicate with other cappers for many months now, but I need a break.

After awhile our minds get entrenched in watching this screen all the time and I need an electronic fast . . . so to speak . . . to clear my mind of all this disruption.

I will be back in a few weeks, maybe a few days, but I just need a quiet break.

I consider all of you friends and look forward to meeting many of you in person Super Bowl weekend.

I need to just turn off my computer and let this go. This will be my final post regardless of what else is said.

Dr freeze, you are right. It is ironic and I went back and edited my post. What you don't know is that kosar and I go back aways. He always manages to get my dandruff up and appears to get a lot of pleasure out of doing it.

That is why I need a break. My attitude sucks right now. I don't like the way I feel and I need to get away.

Kosar, Perhaps in Vegas we will be able to mend some fences, but I won't be counting on it. We have a real clash personality wise and you have a way of making me so damn mad I can hardly stand it. Even the above post reminding me you will be here when I come back was done out of that antagonistic attitude and you know it and are proud of yourself for it.

So with that said I am going to watch the rest of the OAK/NYY game and then get some sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and I look forward to spending some time playing golf and getting away not only from my computer, but gambling as well for a few days. This business makes us all "jerks" over time . . . myself included. We can, however, take measures to become better inside.

Hey NCU.... there's nothing wrong with taking a break... You deserve it.... Sometimes this business really can get to you....Its pretty bad when we will sit up till 3 am watching Hawaii play Peabody State so we can see if we complete a 3 team parlay.... (Just an example of course)
I just notice sometimes I forget about the simple things in life around me because I get caught up in capping different games in all sports... Its fun of course but when you get on a bad run, it really can get to you.... Sometimes I think all of us should turn the computer off, hug the wife and kids, play some golf, take a walk on the beach, etc, etc, etc.. Life is short folks, lets just try to work together, make some money, and then take the money and go out and have some fun... Good luck to all...
