Panthers are -118 vs the better team in Anaheim. West to east the reason ?

The whole things seems a little fishy.....

ANA hasn't played since Tuesday night at home, so they will be rested. First game in a 6 game road trip that lasts 12 days, so it's possible they didn't fly into FLL until sometime yesterday to take one day off the trip? Also, you would think they would want the first couple in Florida and their form has been very good lately.

FLA schedule really messed up....this will only be their second game in last 10 days, and don't play again until next Thursday (2/09)?? Meaning they will only play 3 times in a stretch of 18 days? I guess the thinking is they will be REALLY fresh, and can't say as I disagree.

Anyway, not much help but found the Panthers scheduling very odd....not sure how to take it?

Also, Panthers games are the best deal in the NHL. Some buddies and I were in Plantation golfing a couple years back and went to a game on a Sunday afternoon. The same $50 ticket we got at the box office would have a face value of about $280 in Toronto, and you would never get your hands on them.....

Have a good night.

More like 980 bucks in Toronto.

Oh and the "weird scheduling" is because all NHL teams now get a "bye week", the players demanded it.

Take the Panthers at -110 odds, James Reimer is in net for the Panthers and he's not only a good dude (he played for the Leafs) but he is one of the most underrated goalies in the NHL, Panthers win this one in front of their home crowd.
