Bring it ON!!! There are very few instances that make my blood boil and bring the kind of excitement that I feel for tomorrows game. The result tomorrow for these high priced athletes is virtually the same as for us--PRIDE and accomplishment.
I have felt a VERY strong sense of patriotism since the tradegy of 9\11. I have shed tears for the first time for people that I never knew. I now stand and sing for every anthem and really think about what it means.
To this point I have been rather disappointed with the games-alot of competitions have been very good. But there has been too much complaining-threatening-cheating-Gretzky like comments for my liking.
I truly hope this game that I love plays up to its big billing tomorrow. I have taken defeats of my teams before-but I hope it is well played and WELL officiated and may the best Country win.
