Do you have a golf partner that "always" wins that you can never beat? I have a buddy that is 63 yrs old and shot a 73 yesterday........I almost had him and faded away with a close 86 :mj07:
I got within a couple of strokes once this year as I played a round over my head that day and that was it:facepalm:
My wife always asks me , so......did you beat him this time, I always say the same thing.......No.....I beat myself:mj07:
Oh by the way, we have only been playing together for 12 years :142smilie

I have a friend of mine I have played with for over 20+ years now. It will always comes down to the last hole it seems when we play. I like it that way.

Plus he plays fast. We can play 18 under 3 hours if we are not held up.

I hear ya my man. Nothing like being behind a 4some and they take 5 minutes each to line up a put and then miss it by 5 feet. Ironically I have the same issue it seems. Very few will give you the courtesy to play through it seems.

We have the 1st tee time every day (this time of the year it is 6:00 am) so no one in front of us--love-it---everyday its a 2:45 to 2:50 round

The group I play with do the same thing when possible. Tee off at sun rise. Nothing better with friends. We dont make it under 3 hrs though. We must suck.
