If you are stranded in Nebraska or Iowa, bet365 is tough to beat for the earliest lines on most events.

5dimes is a sponsor of Madjacks and has a link at the top of the forum and would be a good second choice.

If you're looking to find a source of all the best odds across up to 20 bookmakers and a real-time comparison of the odds on offer, try http://www.oddschecker.com , though it does not include 5Dimes or Stan James, two of the better golf books.
