Golf stats web site?

I seem to have lost the url for the golftips or I believe it was Stanleys web site with all the golf handicapping info. Can anyone supply me with the web address?

while we are on stats, is there anywhere you can get tournament stats compiled in same format as weekly PGA stats..I can find the individual tournament stats, but you need to look from player to player to see how they are doing..so if you wanted to see complete list for say GIR for a particular tournament, you would have to compile player by player..it would take an age..unless you could program some sort of scan to do it..which I cannot..
any ideas?
