Hey, Lumi... do you have any Horse or NASCAR insiders in your info? I want to play some ponies today, and bet the last few NASCAR races coming down the stretch. I used to belong to a great group of horse players, but out of the loop, and trying to reconnect today.

Cheers!

GL with that, that sounds tough .I know NASCAR goes on a pt. system so picking a winner in a particular race must be tough.I don't really follow it.

Hey Chad ,I noticed you said you went to a high school play-off game recently.I found that odd because in Mass. they play a season that ends on Thanksgiving day, then they have a play-off game that next Tuesday followed by a divisional SB that Saturday.

Your states system sounds interesting.I actually saw on yahoo the game that the teams kickoff was blown back for negative yardage by strong wins, lol!

Anyways GL with the gambling.

Lumi, I guess I'm stupid. I can't locate your e-mail addy in your profile. I have connected with one of my horse guys, he's playing them from home today, and I will have him on AIM. Will definitely post his picks - he always tries to get good odds, never goes favs - and is historically very good. Trying to run down the old gang.

Rusty, I don't know what to tell you on our system, it's pretty straightforward. I know the timing is similar to Missouri's. Our season is now coming down the end. Sectional championships were last night, I think we're down to the final fours, then the finals. That kickoff was hysterical. I was out watching our game the same night - the winds and rain were unreal for football. I think it helped us more than hurt us, as we could pass the ball effectively.

I used to own a NASCAR site a few years ago, so pretty plugged in to betting on that. Tough to pick winners, though, so many things can happen, but that's why the odds are better. Usually you can find info on which drivers/teams do better at which tracks, that can be a good indicator. Also if you can get odds to finish top three or top five, that helps a lot.

Sounds to me your state crowns a state champ, where ours crowns up to 6 in 6 separate divisions ,where 1 being the strongest(supposedly)and 6 being the weakest.
