Got engaged

Boys, I just got engaged Thursday and am very excited about the things to come. The next 8-9 mos. are going to be filled with me being dragged around "making" decisions on wedding plans. I wonder if I can register for accounts at some of the sponsors here?:shrug:

Do what I did, have a short engagement, just invite family, go on a nice honeymoon, and be done with all the nervewracking planning and tension. Better yet, elope!!

I just got engaged as well. It's not as bad as you think. Sure, the planning seems like hell, but things will fall into place piece by piece. It just hurts when you have to write that check to pay for the wedding!
