"We will work with our students here to provide them with information that will help them make positive decisions regarding gambling," Hopkins wrote in the letter.
Hmmm . . . here's some info to help young high school students make some positive decisions regarding gambling:
(1) After you lose your ass on a few games make sure you double down and chase your losses.
(2) Pay up on time or else it's straight home after school and no dinner.
(3) Negotiate with your fellow class mates if you cannot pay them: "The Celtics didn't cover last night. I don't have the $2 I owe you, but my mom made me an extra Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich."
(4) When your fellow bookie is asking you for juice he's not asking you for some apple or orange juice.
(5) Refs are EVIL. They are Satan.
(6) Whenever you see the word LOCK or the phrase GAME OF THE YEAR bet the other way.
(7) When you think the Lakers have an easy win bet the other way and when you think the Lakers are done bet on them.
Now that's some sound advice. LOL
