Not that it's a big issue, but the only way to sign up online is with a credit card. I called them and asked about PAYPAL, which they do take, but they said there is NO 15% signup bonus for signing up online. I told them you had posted it, and they said "are you sure you have the right book? This is Millenium?" I used the link you listed...

I'm still signing up, but thought you might want to call them and clear it up.

Both Millenium and Infinity will allow you to deposit through Western Union and the will reimburse for the charge for deposit over $300. I believe. Both are pretty good I Have accounts at both.
