Lost 40 lbs.....and I was a fat ass, at 56 I have made a few good life choices. Cheat only on Saturday's, Joker is genuinely a great guy and btw, your always welcome to make the trip down south :0008
Congrats my brother! Noley has to drop a few tons as well. Annual blood work was a bit disappointing. Cardio and no carbs diet is in effect! Oh, Crown consumption has been pulled back as well! :scared

Bowled a bunch of tournaments in Montgomery back in the 80's. Good bowlers in that area.
I have so much vacation time built up, I need to take a week off for golf! If I could ever get down that way you know I'll call!
