Great show, guy really knows his stuff, and seems to know every MMA guy on the planet. Of course it is a :canada1 show, so you have to love GSP in order to listen to it. Also sometimes he's got fighters on there and you can call in and talk to em. I have asked GSP and Jason MacDonald questions on the show before. Any MMA fan will like the show:SIB

The show is on thursday nights, but it varies on the time, sometimes 10pm EST, sometimes 11, sometimes early friday morning. Just check the sched and you'll find it!
