GREATEST MMA CARD EVER

Ok maybe this card would have carried more weight like 5+ years ago,but I am excited about it because it is right here in HOUSTON. Just got my floor seats today for a whopping $75. Can't beat that.

SHONIE CARTER vs. SHANNON "THE CANNON" RITCH

ALSO ONE OF MY MMA FAVS even thoug he is a shell of what he once was Mark Kerr on the card.

MARK "SMASHING MACHINE" KERR vs. RALPH KELLY
RICCO RODRIQUEZ vs. JOHNATHAN IVEY
CHRIS GUILLEN vs. JUSTIN WREN.
Rumor of DAN SEVRYN being added as well.

Nothing to write home about card,but it gives me something to do on a Saturday in H-Town. I will report back on home each of them looked. Only Ricco really has anything left in the tank and that is being generous.

Even though Sponge always makes fun of me for watching and wagering on the small shows, I like the small shows! Although I don't like watching guys that used to be good that now suck, just kind of sad:SIB I am sure you will see some great fights between two guys ya never heard of. Who cares who they are if they put on a good show:SIB


Oh and Kimbo will be fighting Sevren in a steel cage match:142smilie

Well yes those guys do suck(now),but 10 fights on the card and I gotta support MMA IN HOUSTON if we want to get another UFC. Remember Houston is where Serra finished GSP. I didnt get great seats for that,but they were not bad in Toyota Center.
This crappy event is at Hofeinz(U of H) so there wont be a bad seat in a tiny arena.
I will take any MMA event I can get. Going to the weigh in which is at a PUB. Maybe I can get Kerr to sign my Smashing Machine dvd and add $1 to the value of it.

That's kinda how I am. I get on the sherdog site from time to time and look at fighters I haven't seen much of, then head on over to youtube and watch their old and new fights.
