Greek Question

I logged in today and saw they reset my account back to the basic setup like I am a new customer.

I called and talked to them and I was told that everybodys account has been reset for CCs and everyone has to resubmit all their information again before a withdrawal.

When I asked when they reset it, they said its been a while. I correct the lady and said I know for a fact it hasnt been a while. She changed it to "I dont know when they reset your account".

This all sounded fishy to me. Anybody else hear of this or have this problem?

I guess I am explaining it wrong.

If you look at your deposit screen for a CC your limit has been reset to 250 again. and you have to resubmit all documents for the card again before a withdrawal including a document for a limit increase.

I have spoke to a couple of people now and they all say the same thing. I wanted to just make sure they werent messing with my account.

much easier if you just call your deposits in. I haven't had a problem at all, and I've been depositing a lot. :sadwave:

I wasnt worried about the depositing part. I was upset I had to resend all of my information. Anyways I am way over it. I was just letting everyone else know about the change as well.

And yes, WU is very easy.
