Every single one of us has said or done shit in our life we are not proud of. This was a long time ago and he apologized. His career and life should not be canceled. Fire every worker in the world. Cancel every human being if you believe it's fair. We are HUMAN and HUMANS make mistakes. He did not kill, rape, or harm anyone except for using disrespectful words.
Come on, man. This is a witch hunt. Going back on what someone said 10 years ago? Gruden apologized for what he said. That should suffice. There is no need to fire him and ruin his career. Something tells me that there is more to this and someone has an agenda. So tired of the double standard and attack on white people. If the roles were reversed and a black person said something similar, not a word would be said.

Man I hate this for Gruden and he seemed to be doing a damn good job with the Raiders...cancel culture. These agents are going to have put in thier clients contracts you cant be fired for shit un ou said or emailed over say 2 years ago. LOL Going to be a law suit for the rest of his contract money...I hope he gets it all.

I'm willing to bet that while Gruden was a TV talking head, and this subject came up with other coaches or players, he said the same shit all the current ones are saying. "This is terrible." "He should know better." Etc.

My thing is he would talk shit about other coaches and teams while commentating a game when he was a commentator. Then he gets a coaching job and sucks hind tit. He acted like he was an amazing coach when he wasn't and I'm simply cool with his removal. That's it.
I dont care how or why he was removed......just that he was.
