hahahaha..that cop has bad anger management skills..i mean, just because someone else got the last honey-glaze is no reason to lay the baton on someone 
looks almost like what happened to one of my buddies last night... Party got busted, and cops caught him, and he was talking shit to them and ended up going to jail
If I would've been the dude in the uniform, I would have more than likely shot the stupid son-of-a-bitch! Lots of nut cases out there, and this guy had it comin' to him!
