Guzman lands hard shot but he's very wild going for the HR here...not fighting smart at all here...those winging misses are going to gas him...Soto looks like a smaller better version of margarito.. tough rd to score, but I think guz may have ekked it out again...however I think he's spending too much energy...very good fight

rd3- these guys are trading bombs...guz leaving himself a bit open...soto dwn...low blow by guz...took a bit of starch out of soto...early in the fight but to me I think Soto is going to be very tough in the later stages if it goes that far...guz looking good here but can he keep this up...swelling on left eye of guz already...could be a prob in a few rds...I have it 3-0 guz but I sense soto will close the gap. Damn good fight through3

soto doing well w/guz on the ropes...i cant see this pace over 12, someone has got to give...guz giving soto probs with his movement...VERY CLOSE RD. I'll call it even

rd5- guz clearly the better tech here but soto clearly stronger and fiercly determined. Soto winging here and missing alot...guz boxing..soto warned a 2nd time for low shots...didnt look too low...NICE shots by guz..best 2 punches..soto looking a little frustrated here...I think guz takes the rd.

Hope I'm not sounding biased here...rds are very close and it's probably closer on the cards but i have it 4-0-1 guz

Soto pressing hard...guz boxing..nice counter by guz...nice uppercut by soto...guz pinned on ropes...close rd again...i think sotos agression the difference...4-1-1....

Sotos corner telling him not to give up any more rds...guz showing some signs of wear at the end of the rd...

alot of punches thrown in this fight so far...How did Juarez survive soto??? I think soto is much improved

rd8-guz moving countering nicely...soto pressing...left eye of guz a little worse but not a factor...nice body shot guz...soto on ropes...you got to give these rds to guz..i have it 6-1-1 but VERY competitive despite the wide score

rd9-good rgt counter by soto...guz dwn(slip)...soto backing up just a little and not pressing the issue...soto needs to do something...guz fighting w/alot of confidence...soto gets countered w/2 good shots at the end...sotos corner telling him he's doing better but i dont think so...getting to the pt of needing a hard knockdwn to get back in this...rd to guz

Guz is very slick here...looks as if soto has him pinned but soto unable to land anything clean...guz taking the rd off and running a bit here...guz is toying w/him...got to give the rd to soto on agression...in my book soto needs 2 10-8 rds or a ko to win this...fight is good but not quite as exciting as the early rds...7-2-1 Guz on my card

Soto doing a little better as guz has taken the rd off again...if the mid rds went the other way on the cards, this could be a little closer...i have it 7-3-1..I think soto needs a ko

rd12-guz jabbing ,moving...guz is flat out running...sotos agression winning the rd...nice flurry by guz ...soto winging missing...good punches by soto at the end...rd to soto but I think guz wins 7-4-1

116-113 on my card

nothing will surprise me after last week but I think guz should win a unan here

it's funny, when i first heard about the fight i expected it to go like this. as soon as i put money on it, i couldnt help but imagine every possible scenario I could lose and going into hysterics, as my 10$ bets could have some karmic effect.

thanks for the rbr, howd you do tonight romi?

terrific performance by guzman, i had him ptiching a near shutout. soto seemed to get discouraged around 8 or 9, even when he hit guzman early with rights against the ropes, guzman took them well. guzman is a bad dude.

golden boy promotes guz and pac, theres no way they will fight.

I did ok getting back 20% of the earlier big loss. When I first saw the odds I jumped right on it thinking -180 was a steal. I got a little nervous reading some of the posts and then watching the odds dip a little bit. I held to my guns and even added 2 more bets on it tonight @-150. I lose 32 Bens on the week but still up over the last 3. Coming down the home stretch on the yr I don't think there will be any more big wagers like that. I have alot pending on floyd but I'll probably stay put on that.

well since you won, how about those $2 you owe me? =P

I saw it first at ?190 and thought it was a good bet. when i saw it as low as -142 i wondered what everyone else knew that i didnt.

I have a lot pending on mayweather as well, if he?s more interested in winning than hyping a rematch, he?ll embarrass hatton, maybe even a late stoppage on cuts or towel. in a legit fight, mayweather is money in the bank.

guzman established himself as the perennial fav, even against pac. sadly he'll probably be avoided until he's old an vulnerable.
