As I mentioned to you, WebTV Networks was bought out by MSN a little over ? year or so ago! This is not fiction, but fact!
In their infinite wisdom, MSN decided to assign a "universal" IP# to ALL WebTV users ---> 209.240.222.130
This particular IP# is the ultimate "stealth" IP#, since there's no way to trace it to a particular individual user!
Anyone over there, who has WebTV, can post libelous crap using my nickname!
I have absolutely no control over it, and the mockery has been going on since the aforementioned buy-out!
