Hal took all his free throws taking a "jump shot"...I copied him and until this day still do...I had a player on my team copy me and I instructed him not to...but Laroi shot 85% from the FT...top in our league and our section...but Laroi also shot 44% from the 3 and until a few years ago he hit 7 three pointers in a regional final ..he set the record in 1986-87..think it was broken around 3 or 4 years ago.. RIP Hal..never liked your 76ers team with Wilt,Lucoius Jackson,Billy Cunningham,ect..was to much of of a Knicks fan back in the day..

now you know your getting old when you hear former greats dying every week .. of course he was 81 and thats way older than me currently ..but i'm philly fan most all teams except fake flyers
