i'm trying to figure out an easy way to make a clamp, and not having any luck :(

no welder, so it has to be able to be put together by hand.

need it to clamp an area that is about 1.5 inches wide. don't need a LOT of pressure, maybe about the quarter of the pressure that could be done by fingers.

it can't weigh a whole lot.... ummmmm, what else??

guess if anyone has any ideas, i'll be able to determine from that what else it can't be/do :)

Thanks,

Annie

Clothespins are not just for hanging clothes anymore....they have many uses...clamps being one of them...if you know what I mean;) I am surprised that this wasn't brought up before..I keep mine in the bedside (a.k.a. workbench) table and a couple in the bathroom in case I am in a hurry:D
