Well,
It has been a year this week....(not sure of the date) that I was born again into a smoke free world! Feels great....NO coughing, throat clearing, dealing with the stigma, family is happy about it,
and I've saved in the neighborhood of $ 1500. I highly recommend it for those of you who still smoke (i'd like to join ya but I rarely think of it anymore)............Lung cancer and heart disease would really suck!

Never been a smoker so don't know how hard it is but I can sure imagine

I got off wagon for short time smoking about 5 cigs a day and quit again.Got 10 day stint coming to China and Philippines 25th of this month so that will be big test of the smoke after sex axiom.:weed:

great job bear. I just quit july 4 so its been a month. I am doing it with Nic a derm full strength patchs occasionally and will power.


Congrats it is the hardest thing to kick.
