Harbaugh's handshake lacked class but the Schwartz reaction was classless. Good thing for the NFL brand that Vernon Davis was there at the end when Schwartz broke free to step in between them or it would be ugly.

Same thing in the post game comments from Schwartz, It's the scoreboard not your hurt feelings that is the story. His whining made him sound like a judge on Project Runway. Chuck Noll never shook your hand if he lost, there is no 'rule'. The story was the game Schwartz, not that your butt hurts.

schwartz ran across the field to congratulate harbaugh and got shoved aside like he was dogshit...

i`ll be rooting against the 9`ers from this day forward..

Both guys at fault. Plain and simple.

If Harbaugh tempers his celebration with a normal handshake with Schwartz, nothing happens.

Sure, Schwartz overreacted to the handshake, back slap and subsequent f-bomb. But I'm sure there is more to it than just being upset over a home loss.

There seems to be a certain understanding or protocol as far as coaches and having the decency to give proper respect to the opposing coach after the game. Harbaugh seems to be half a dickwad and shoving the Lions coach outa his way while shaking his hand is disrespectful any way you look at it. I loved that Schwartz went after him and called him on it. Its Football!!!
