Why isn't this puke getting heat from fellow dem's and the leftist media to resign!!!!

Where is the media frenzy surrounding Dingy Harry and his secret dealings???

Where are you leftists who clamored about a representative who is already gone and done with yet we have this crook as the Senate Minority Leader!!!!

Where is the outrage????

Why are we only hearing crickets chirping over this???

If he did something wrong, and it is proven, and it is illegal, then yes, he should resign. Good for one party is good for the other. Most have said so in here already. If not, they are not being 'real'.

How many republicans in here have been clamoring for the proven dirty republicans to resign? What is your point?

Yeah, well....did you know that Cheney got like 5 draft deferements from Vietnam and Bush was DWI like 100 years ago? Why doesn't anyone yell about that?

i hope he is guilty. This guy offers nothing to the democrats. Sure he is a nice man but when you have him as one of your top players nobody wants dems in office. He looks so weak he might just fall over. A certainl look has a lot to do with this game and you don't want to keep parading guys like this out. If this wasn't an election year the Republicans wouldn't even say anything. They know this guy makes the Dems look weak. this type of look thing im talking about doesn't bother me but to most it will. Look at most of weasals post. Always saying stuff about Pelosi and Reid. This is what the slick right wingers do because they know pigeons fall for it.

Maybe it correctly proves the point of some, but I have hardly seen anything about Reid's transgressions. Could somebody please post a credible link to what he is accused of?

Thanks, MC, appreciate it.

Lotta details in there, but as best as I can tell, he didn't inform congress that he sold Vegas land for the same price as he bought it(400k), in exchange for a piece of Browns company. It was an informal agreement as they had been friends for 35 years, I guess. I think he was supposed to inform congress that he sold it.

When they sold it as commercial, several years later, Reid made 1.1 million.

Well, i'm with sponge(note the day and time-this is like an eclipse) in that Reid is an ineffectual, left wing loon that has no business being in any position of leadership.

I think that stuff is pretty weak, but if it leads to him stepping down, then great.

And on another note, I did hear about him using campaign funds($3,000!) to tip workers at the Four Seasons where he rents a suite.

Compared to someone like William Jefferson, this guy has done nothing.

The next muthrfker to say "crickets" or imply anything about "chirping" in reference to people not posting is going to hell.

Al, obviously my post was in jest as I was just showing how absurd it is when the right brings up things that happened 23 years ago in defense of something that is happening today. But I find it interesting that you call me out on it. Yet, in the thread entitled "Another Republican In Trouble." A thread in which you partake in by the way. You do not call out our two resident Neocon Apologists, who explain the Republican in question with posts about Hillary's mother and some other babble. Yet you call me out. Interesting.

Al, it's all good. Your posts in the handicapping section are among the best reads of anything on this board.
