Has anyone with Yahoo mail ever seen this message?

All day long I've seen this message and I'm unable to sign in to retrieve my mail. There are no links I can find to contact Yahoo.
Has anyone here ever seen this message and what did you do to resolve it?

Thanks but I tried it and still no good. What's odd is I just tried to login on cell phone and I got in.
Only on my computer do I get this message.
Very odd
