Has the Texas Tech line really moved 6 points?

I just checked DB for the opening line of this game, and it showed Tex Tech opened at 11, and now its -17, is this true? I like Tech, but if they public is that heavy on the game, im gonna lay off........

The first playable line I saw last night was Tx.T -14, fwiw. So the line move may be 3 pts. Still a formidable move!

I got the game at 14.5. Tech had an 18 pt. lead at half and choked it away to win by 1.
