I know little to nothing about these guys and it's purely a boxrec wager but I took the over 10 1/2@ -225. Neither has been stopped in their careers and neither is a big puncher. Based on what I'm reading on their records, this is a decent value wager IMO.

Sidorenko will win the fight but ikehara will get the dec. thats my scenario, its dirty i know.
All ikehara has to do is throw punches all night long and then he has a decnt chance to get the nod

I guess I shoulda posted my plays last night, didn't realize that card went off so soon. I was with you on the Hasigawa Over and doubled up on the Sidorenko Over 10.5 -270...which also cashed. Unfortunatly I lost a little on Ikehara +365 but it was a very small play, still made a nice profit on the fights
As posted in franks thread, I have a bundle on the Mora Under 9.5 +115. Since the Over is now +125 I'll be scalping it for sure to finish off a great week

I got off to a nice start w/that over bet. I wanted to bet more but I saw only 2 sites with the over/under prop. Made a little over 3 hund with 2 max bets. Fightnews describes it as a "gory" fight so it appears someone or both had bad cuts. I may stop on that win. I have a weekly avg goal I want to maintain this year and with the nice win last week, I'm ahead of schedule. Congrats on the wins!

Yes I do like those -300 wagers but that is not to say I bet them blindly. I carefully choose. It's a little like russian rolulette but here we have the option of picking and choosing. I think I spend about 8-10 hours a week watching fights, researching fighters, reading interviews, checking out the forums etc then I pick just a few that I feel is good value. @-300 you have to win better than 75% to increase profit. At wider odds your win % obviously has to be even higher. 1 big loss can kill everything. I do bet the dogs and several + prop bets but those wagers are generally smaller. My guess is that at least 75% of my wagers are on favorites. It's been working for me for about 7 yrs and 2 of those yrs were quite substantial. I'm still learning and realize I need to exercise better money management. This is the best forum and I value everyones input.
Both fighters had very bad cuts. Maldurattu was bleeding from the 2nd on.
Good for you. Good to see that you have no illusion about betting -300 regulary. If you go 4 to 1 you win less than 10 percent of the money you put on the line. And 4 to 1 doesnt sound bad at all.
