Not a trend player as much as a real life visual observer....watched the Royals play the Os the other night and guess I didn't realize that these aren't the old Royals...these two teams are very evenly matched in almost all respects...except now the Os pen is gone south (except of Johnson)..Royals pen looks stronger..both teams can hit fine...starters about even althouhg Meche has better control..think the Royals win the rubber match against their perennial neminsis, the Os...Royals 7 Os 3.

Like the Rays to sweep...they are actually the better team now with the Bosox injuries..think they may actually have the better starter and pen as well...all signs point to a sweep...Rays 6 Bosox 3.

Under Atlanta/Phils...Eaton has his moments as a starter..think maybe tonight is one..Capillo has been solid as well..think the rubber match tonight is a low scoring affair...not sure who wins but like a 3-2, 4-3 type of game...

Have to add the cubs at a fairly low price

Cubs are slumping a bit..but they are still a very good team, probably the best in the NL..very solid lineup even w/o Soriano...Dempster has pitched well all year..maybe above his head..but if he gives his typical start I don't see how the Giants outscor the Cubs..Correria is OK..but cubs will get to him for at least 4 or 5..and Dempster should be able to keep them to a run or two less...don't think the Cubs pen blows a lead...Cubs 6 Giants 3.
