Having a problem with a online sportsbook

In the past two days I have had 4 winning horse bets voided because they were made after post time. I make all my bets at the same time. I made 20 bets and I won 7 of them. They voided 4.....is this common...TIA

I also asked about the losers and I wanted to get the start times and bet times to compare with each other, but they refused me the information.

Does your book use DGS software? If you know what I'm talking about, it is the software many books use. I've noticed over the past 10 days multiple situations where races were left up a long time after the race went off. I also know this may attract opportunists thinking they could pull one over. The typical M.O. is to get some winners and also try to mask it w/ some losers. Now I'm not saying you did this, rather this happens.

My advice to you is to check equibase.com and match it up with your ticket times. Maybe you have a case.
